Return Policy

At Confluence Arts, each piece of art is carefully crafted and inspected to ensure the highest quality. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any purchases, including custom artwork.

 

Damaged Items
We want your order to arrive in perfect condition. If your item is damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at barbara.e.ford@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number and include photos of the damage and packaging.

3. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 5 business days. For custom or made-to-order artwork, please allow 2 additional weeks for production.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship to United States and Canada. Shipping to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses is not available.

 

International Shipping

• International orders may incur customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office for details.
