I am an artist, writer, teacher and climate justice activist. I came late to the art world, having studied at the Oregon College of Arts and Crafts in my forties, and have since studied at the Sitka Center for Art and Ecology on the Oregon Coast.

Inspiration I explore the confluence and layers of meaning and the complexity of presence in a changing and sometimes hurting world. My art is a form of witness to both the beauty and upheavals of these times through the creation and merging of layers of images, including original photographs, paintings, collage, and prints.
